Payments

Commission work will only begin when you have made a full price payment or a 50% down payment. Most you'll get with no payments is a mood / inspiration board for the concept of the requested commission.

Refunds will be given under these circumstances—

  • I become unable to work on commissions due to physical reasons.

  • A deadline is suddenly given within the time I'm working on your commission and I am unable to meet it.

  • I find out you're going to use my work for malicious reasons.

  • After a reasonable discussion has been made and we both agree that a refund is in order. Usually would involve incomplete commission work.

Process

Once a payment has been made, I will provide sketches of the piece to go over with you what it could roughly look like. This is the phase where major changes can be made like pose, facial expression, and overall composition. After clear approval from you; I will give a weekly progress report on how linework is coming along (Usually on Fridays PST).

⚠ If you are going to request another change after you have made a clear approval of the sketch; you will be charged a $5 USD fee. So make sure you will not be considering any changes once your commission is in the linework phase.

When your commission piece has completed the linework phase; a flat color will be provided. Here you can request color adjustments as much as you would like without being charged a fee. Major changes cannot be made after flat color approval. Once your commission is in the rendering phase, I will continue to make weekly progress reports until completion.

Progress reports can be more frequent upon request. They can be daily, every other day, or two times in a week. Progress report images will be watermarked. Only a finished commission piece will not have a watermark.

Commercial Use

If you plan on using my work for commercial use, that can be further discussed within our correspondence. My stance of commercial use depends on the situation.

What I can draw

  • Original Characters / DND Characters / Video game creations etc.

  • Fanart (Characters you don't own)

  • Stylized portraits of real people

  • Animals / Pokémon

  • Furries / Anthropomorphic characters

What i can not draw

  • Mechs / Machinery

  • Realism

What i will never draw

These are works I refuse to make no matter how much I'm getting paid. Any commission requests containing these will be rejected.

  • NSFL (Not safe for life) - Obscene gore, depictions of a tragedey, extremely violent scenes, etc.

  • NSFW and NSFL involving a depition of a minor. (Including immortals that just so happen to take a form of a child.)

  • Anything political

  • Malicious artworks. For example; requesting someone getting ran over by a car
